Ocean eyes
The waves. The waves. These brothers couldn’t keep their eyes off the waves. I had to work to get them to look at the camera. Those waves were calling. And they watched them. They watched others surf them. They were seeing things I couldn’t see. I saw it in their eyes. Heard it in their excitement when a wave would swell. Crash. I asked what they were looking at. For. And they told me about the waves and how they break and what it meant. I asked them all my surfing questions. They were patient and chill and answered with enthusiasm and no judgment.
