31st & Ivy - Shoot Revisited

In case you haven't already started working on (or thinking about) a Halloween costume, I thought I would share this shoot I did for 21st & Ivy a couple years ago.

The idea behind this shoot was to provide costume ideas that didn't cost a lot of money and could easily be assembled from goods found in your own closet.

This was another opportunity to work alongside my good friend Emily - who styled a lot of my shoots for Square Magazine. Like always, she styled the girls and I took care of the guys. She always does great work and I especially loved her ideas with the footless tights on the ghost and the excessive layering on the bandit.

The Teen Wolf costume above is my personal favorite, because of how subtle it is - the tufts of furr coming through the shoes, jeans and sleeves. This is a costume even someone who hates dressing up could pull off.

Costume details can be found here.
