I had a great time shooting with Katie again, while I was visiting Southern California last fall. I first photographed her when I cast her in a Lime Ricki Swimwear campaign back in 2012 (one of my favorite shoots). It was fun to catch up with her and reminisce.

Last look

Before hitting the road back to Utah, after shooting with Katie, I had to sit down in the sand, be still, and soak in as much of that setting sun, ocean roar, and salt air that I could before leaving. Taking a couple iPhone pics with the hopes (like always) that those digital images would take me back to where I was.

It works a little but never really does it justice.
